Must have eye make-up remover

Being a lover of heavy eye make-up, its crucial for me to have an effective and affordable eye make-up remover. This year, I have come across Garniers 'Simply Essential' 2 in 1 eye make-up remover. It has two liquid elements to it, one being a oil base that can break down heavy eye make-up and can cut through foundation too. All you do is shake the bottle together to mix it up before dispensing on a cotton wool pad.

This is sold in Boots, Superdrug and supermarkets, and is frequently on offer for two £4, so extremely good value for money.

Top-tip - Soak the cotton wool pad in the make-up remover and hold on your eye for 30 seconds - this really helps break the make-up down and means that you have to rub your eye less and so protects your skin.
